Registration fee for the year: Local students $50, non-local students $100.

Our Mission: The English Center of Youngstown provides quality, free English Language classes to adults seeking to learn English as an additional language. We offer this in a respectful and welcoming environment while endeavoring to develop literacy skills that enhance community and workplace participation for all students.
